14 *Bangers* to Get You Through 'I Can't Do It' Exercise Moments

We've all been 3km into a run or 20 minutes into a class and thought "I can't do it. I want to stop." Or perhaps you've made it into your gym kit but have also done the classic "I'll just sit down for 5-minutes" and before you know it you're 3 years deep in your mate's cousin's girlfriend's Instagram and all your energy zapped through endless scrolling.

BUT you can keep going. You CAN get out the door.

Mind over matter. I've lost count of the number of times I've rolled my eyes at a 1Rebel trainer during class when I SWEAR I'M ABOUT TO VOMIT but they just keep on increasing speeds and gradients, and then they have the audacity to say something along those lines.

All it takes is one banger and I'm right back on track. The power of music during exercise is so underrated. Music takes away the focus from the monotonous, the strenuous and the downright impossible. The right soundtrack can see you running further and faster than you've run before. It can give you that extra boost needed to get over the finish line.

And if you hate working out? Why not just head out for a walk. Walking is better than nothing and it's almost certain you'll see/pet/stalk a few cute dogs along the way.
