Doing Wimbledon with Stella Artois

There's no better place than London in summer. The sun shines, everyone's sombre mood lifts and heading to the pub to throw back a few cold ones is a given almost every evening.

Summer also means Wimbledon and where there is Wimbledon there are strawberries, fancy dresses and day drinking. I've heard there's a bit of whacking balls around a court too.

As much as I love a fancy dress and some ball play, I can't say attending Wimbledon has ever  been something I much fancied so, it was exciting to hear that Stella Artois were bringing Wimbledon out of SW London and to Flat Iron Square in SE, which is much closer to home and heart.

For 13 glorious days between 3rd - 16th July, Stella Artois have a pop-up in Flat Iron Square where the screen showing the tennis is enormous and the cold ones are a plenty. There's even alternative commentary too.

We went down on Thursday evening this week and the place was buzzing full of Londoners doing what they do best, a few laughs and a beer on a school night. On that premise, this place is obviously one I highly recommend.

This post was written in partnership with Stella Artois. You can watch Wimbledon at the Stella Artois' Vantage Point pop up at Flat Iron Square pop up until 16th July. Entry is free. More details can be found here.
