LDN Eats: Summer @ Pong Pong

Photographs taken on the Samsung S8+

If you happen to be in central London and after dim sum, you'll be forgiven for not knowing which place is worth splashing your cash.

Ping Pong has been a favourite of mine for a while now; not only is the food phenomenal but every season, the team introduce a new menu with an innovative twist on traditional dim sum.

This summer's menu will have you embracing your 'indulgent innocence' - think fried aubergine alongside rainbow and 'purple power' salads washed down with some Skinny Prosecco.

We headed down to Ping Pong's Southbank location. This is my favourite of all nine locations; I'm a sucker for the industrial decor and it's always bustling inside. It's not one for a long date or catch up though; once you've ordered, dishes are served quickly and before you know it, it's all over. Unless you're keen to hang around for the cocktails - with new drinks like a 'Super Colada' on offer, you'd be a fool not to.
