Beauty | YSL #YSLEyestyle

YSL Couture Palette* | YSL Babydoll Mascara*

A couple of weeks ago I was invited down to W Communications to meet YSL's Fred Letailleur, who is the genius make up artist behind Yves Saint Laurent's recent beauty campaigns featuring super model of the (forever lasting) moment Cara Delevingne.

Fred chatted through the new palettes and then introduced me their pioneering new website, where his well-kept beauty secrets will be shared. There will also be step by step tutorials uploaded to showcase how to create everything through from simple day time looks to glamourous evening ones.

YSL are looking for readers to upload a shot of their eye make up for the chance to win prizes every week from June until September. One overall winner will win a consultation with Fred, plus a trip to London and will front YSL's Facebook cover photo and Twitter profile photo.

After being shown the prototype of the site, I had the privilege of Fred doing my make up. He experimented with colours I've never thought to use and took a dark maroon almost all the way up to my eyebrow on my inner eyelid, sweeping a light colour onto my lower lash line and finished my look with a jet black eyeliner on my lower and upper waterlines. We finished the session with a quick snap of my eye make up, which YSL have uploaded to the new website.

Head over to the YSL website for tutorials and to upload your look.
