There's something wonderfully calm about presentations at London Fashion Week; there are no long waits in queues or scrums to get to your correct seat. Presentations involve drinks, talking in a serene atmosphere as models filter in and out. The focus required of models whizzing up and down the catwalk is halved - if you miss a detail you can simply hang about until it comes around again to catch it.

Blue, doe-eyed models were on rotation adorning the cleanest cut pieces of outerwear dressed with delicate feathers; knitwear was fabricated from luxurious material, some featured transfer printing whilst others were reminiscent of woven brocades. Season after season the Scottish brand takes a fresh stance producing innovative collections that feature, but are not consumed by, their signature argyle pattern, this time prominent in varying forms of broken patterns and devore effect diamonds.

When I think twinset, I automatically think of the mother's who used to line the school gate of my prep school with their matching pearl necklace and earrings and loafers but the Pringle twinset was something else; elements were matched rather than whole pieces of the collection - a yarn on a sweater became a stand-out feature on a paneled trouser pocket or the trim of a dress matched to a patterned cardigan.

I'll let the photos above do the rest of the talking.
