Boudoir eyelash extensions
|Boudoir Lashes before and after|
A couple of weeks ago the wonderful Asma of Boudoir lashes invited me down to Becca London to sample Boudoir Lashes.
Eyelash extensions are something I've had my eye on for a little while now. I'm useless at putting on false eyelashes and I'm not a fan of how fake they look either. Eyelash extensions seemed like a good alternative.
I was a little bit wary; I told Asma that I really didn't want anything that looked fake or too over the top but just slightly fuller lashes with the impression that I was wearing mascara.
I was also a little worried that the extensions might causes my own eyelashes to fall out but Asma assured me this was simply myth!
Asma talked me through how the eyelashes are applied; each eyelash is individually glued on. It does take quite some time. I was lying, chatting away to Asma of Boudoir Lashes for just over a solid hour.
Asma of Bourdoir Lashes takes the time to assess your eye shape and then tailors how many lashes she applies and the thickness of different parts of your eyelashes to suit you best.
The only part of the entire experience that I found uncomfortable was at the beginning when Asma needed to put tape on my eyes, the rest of the time was really comfortable.
I was really happy with the result. I've now had my eyelashes for 2 and a half weeks and they have started to fall out, and at £135 a go it's quite expensive for the amount of time that it lasts but the quality and service can't be faulted.
Now would be the time to go and get infills, which only cost £35 as long as you have 50% of the original lashes intact.
Disclaimer: I was invited to Boudoir Lashes for complimentary eyelash extensions.
