Azealia Banks fronts T By Alexander Wang campaign.

There's nothing new about a musician fronting a campaign for a designer label and ever since '212' star Azealia Banks linked arms with Alexander Wang at the Met Ball rumours have been circling of a collaboration.

Directed by Daniel Jackson, and dressed in various pieces from the T collection, the Fall campaign sees Azealia Banks frolicking around, rapping Van Vogue from her new EP 1991 directly down the camera lense for almost the entirety of the film.

The T collection is Wang's casual, ready-to-wear line and its simplicity is what I love most but honestly this film is a bit too simple and reserved. They could have got anyone to flick their hair back and forth and pout at the camera; they should have done something a bit more adventurous with Azealia Banks but maybe that's supposed to be the beauty of it.
