With the financial climate over recently high street collaborations with designers have been the hottest thing around. Topshop have just announced their latest collaboration with none other than British designer JW Anderson. This will be the second time that Anderson has worked with Topshop. He previously joined many renowned designers such as Christopher Kane and Jonathan Saunders in designing a NEWGEN T-shirt for their anniversary collection.

Anderson said, "I am very excited to collaborate with Topshop. It gives me the opportunity to reach a much wider audience with my designs. It has always been very important to me that my collections are made accessible to anyone interested in fashion and design."

Denim, knitwear, outerwear and other crafty bit and bobs, such as vintage magazines and photography books, will be included in the collection.

Topshop's creative director Kate Phelan said, "'The launch with JW Anderson is a new and exciting approach for Topshop to our collaborations. The capsule collection is a best of all his design ideas to date, a sort of must have wardrobe of covetable pieces by this unique designer.  The interesting twist however is the cool collectable items that will make up the rest of this collection which JW Anderson has picked himself."

The collection will launch in September and will be followed by a second collection launching in early 2013.
